Usually the viva voce is confined to
i).Teaching done for practical exam
ii). The methodology used in the lesson
iii). The learning resources used for teaching that lesson and
iv). The evaluation procedure used.

However each examiners style is different and so any questions related to the B.Ed course/education, records/files, general awareness, subject can be asked.

Calicut University B.Ed Practical Exam (Commission)

Getting ready for the B.Ed. practical exam

Many teacher trainees fear commission, the pet name for the B.Ed. External Practical examination.  And after the exam they feel it was all a farce. It is not a thing to be feared nor is it a farce.  The external practical exam is a check measure by the university to ensure that a candidate is neither unduly favoured nor penalized.  This external check mechanism simply ensures that the marks awarded by the college are prudent.
The examiners with a limited time will be trying to weigh the substance of each candidate, simultaneously comparing with other candidates of the same college as well as other colleges.
